Delete Your Account

You can delete your Soola account and all associated data at any time.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your data is deleted immediately from our live systems. Copies in our encrypted database backups are removed automatically within 7 days, when those backups expire. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Delete from the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Soola app:

  1. Open Soola and go to the Profile tab
  2. Tap the three dots (•••) in the top right
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Read the warning, then type DELETE to confirm

Can't access the app?

If you've lost access to your device or the app, email support@soola.org from the address on your Soola account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify it's really you before we proceed.
